Bouncy Wizard ("we", "us", or "our") operates the ChatterBash mobile app (the "App"). This page explains what information the App collects, how it's used, and who to contact with questions.

Information we collect

ChatterBash is designed to work entirely on your device. It does not require an account, sign-in, or internet connection to play.

• Player names and avatars. Names you type in and the avatars you pick are saved only in the App's local storage on your device, so you can reuse them next time. This information is never sent to us or to any third party.
• Game progress and settings. Saved games, card pack selections, and sound settings are likewise stored locally on your device only.

We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information, and the App does not contain advertising or third-party analytics/tracking SDKs.

In-app purchases

Card packs can be purchased through Google Play Billing. Google processes these transactions and handles all payment information — we never see or store your payment details. Google's own privacy policy covers how they handle this data.

Data deletion

Since everything the App stores lives on your device, you can remove it at any time by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling it from your device's settings.

Children's privacy

ChatterBash is a general-audience party game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change what the App collects (for example, if we add analytics or online features in the future), we'll update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
